Rupert and his Air Force Bike - Stampin with the Dragon Design Team

Good evening everyone
oh my as this posts I am already getting into the Christmas feel.

Today was my last day at work - whoop whoop, so with a quick reminder about the supporting a very worthwhile charity here - I have posted mine off and they should be arriving with Trisha shortly

and a reminder that the Stampin with the Dragon Challenge, is still running, which has one more week to run, so pop over and add your entry for the theme  "Give it some Sparkle".

Here is my design team creation for this week to remind you about the stunning stamps available at Dragons Lair Designs here
I really enjoyed colouring this one in and think he looks sort of Army / Navy really with his green camouflage colouring.  The base layer is some silver card with the check on the top.  The Capsule Collection blue ribbon and bow and an MSE sentiment.  I used large brads and small pearls on the MS border punched corners and around the image I have edged in Tim Holtz distress ink Denim.  I used a pale green liquid pearl in the Marianne creatable die image plate holes. A great male birthday card and not a fisherman in sight :)

I am entering this little number into the following challenges
Cute Card Thursday - Children
Cooking It Up with Katie - Favorite Technique (distressing) with Ribbons and Brads
Simon Says Stamp - Silver/Blue/White
Paper Pretties - Masculine
Karber Weekly - Anything Goes using a Digi

hello to all my new followers and thank you to those of you who visit and leave such inspirational comments

Happy Holidays to you all
Hugs

Wow, you are a fantastic card maker. I love your coloring skills. That dragon looks great!!! You put all of the highlights and the shading in just the right spots. Love the design of your card too. The corners and matching trim on the bottom really ties it all together. Thanks for joining us on the Simon Says Stamp Challenge blog. I hope to more of your beautiful cards again!!
